He has held leadership and advisory roles with UNCITRAL and UNIDROIT, where he contributed to the drafting and harmonization of global legislative frameworks aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and compliance in public procurement and commercial law. Angelo’s work focuses on building legal systems that promote efficiency, foster fair competition, and align domestic procurement regimes with international best practices and treaty obligations. He has supported numerous governments in modernizing their legal frameworks, drafting procurement legislation, and designing dispute resolution mechanisms to ensure effective contract implementation. Widely recognized for his thought leadership and pragmatic approach, Angelo is frequently invited to speak at global legal forums and continues to shape the evolution of procurement law and policy worldwide.
