Acted as advisor on procurement and institutional arrangements for the Agri-Food Industrial Park initiative under the CAPRED programme in Cambodia. Supported the development of developer selection procedures, evaluation criteria, and implementation frameworks aligned with Cambodian legislation, international best practices, and donor requirements. The assignment also included drafting complex procurement documents, engaging with ministerial and external stakeholders, and providing technical guidance and capacity building to government and technical counterparts.
