Advisory support was provided for the design and structuring of long-term nature-based carbon removal initiatives focused on large-scale restoration of native forest ecosystems and strengthening access to voluntary carbon markets. The work involved integrating land tenure systems, national climate policy frameworks, and international carbon market integrity standards into structured implementation and financing strategies.
Long-term carbon accounting and financial models were developed to forecast credit generation, community revenue streams, and ecological outcomes. Governance frameworks were also established to support equitable benefit-sharing arrangements and long-term environmental stewardship. Monitoring, evaluation, and applied research systems were introduced to strengthen institutional accountability and program performance.
